Since the grand opening of Star Tours II and Star Wars Weekends are coming up tomorrow, I went digging around some old files of a Tomorrowland recreation at Disneyland that I was working on for a while. This was meant to be a sort of demo reel and possibly Unreal Tournament mod to get me in the door at a game studio like Squaresoft or Konami, but I haven't really touched it in a couple years what with everything else I've been doing - namely The Con Source.

So I've lived in this apartment complex for over two years now and just started using the pool over the weekend. I don't know why I've never done this before; the pool is actually nicer than a lot of hotels I've been to. Of course my shoulders got roasted after only being in the water for an hour and a half, but it didn't really bother me and I was back out the next day ready for more.

The first ever Power Morphicon Express will be held January 7-9, 2011 over in San Francisco, CA. Guests from the original Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers so far include Stephen Cardenas (Red Ranger), Karan Ashley (Yellow Ranger), Catherine Sutherland (Pink Ranger) and Walter Jones (Black Ranger).

There's been a surge of spam on the site the last fee months and because of it I've decided to change the way new members will be able to post on a blog, comment or thread.

In the early morning hours of Monday, Oct 4, 2010, a fishy looking post appeared the egl Livejournal community. An equally fishy looking user name claimed that Angelic Pretty would be opening a store in San Francisco, CA, where Baby The Stars Shine Bright, and Black Peace Now already reside.

Bodyline, usually known for replicas or non-printed items, has been putting out their own stuff lately. The ever so popular carousel print jsk (jumper skirt) has sold out completely in most colors. The quality of the fabric and craftsmanship was also pretty impressive for the price (Each JSK was around 55 dollars). Now, they’ve released 2 new prints. And they’re both pretty cute!

Angelic Pretty has been releasing prints very frequently lately. Fortunately for my wallet (and heart, haha) I have not been too fond of the latest prints. New pictures have surfaced of one of AP’s upcoming prints Merry Making Party (I’d love to sit in on the meetings where they think up these names!).
