Ferengi Fun and Fondue, and the All-Star Gala and Banquet Dinner

Just added to the Vulcan Events' Away Mission: Orlando schedule are two new delectable events - both of which include in no particular order dining and a show.


First up is the Ferengi Fun and Fondue, a musical revue by Ferengi brothers Armin Shimerman and Max Grodénchik who play Quark and Rom, respectively. Performing The Brotherly Love Tour, Max and Armin will be doing original parody songs of the 'Trek universe. After the Ferengi fun comes the fondue, where guests will be treated to a dessert party complete with coffee, tea, fruit and of course a fountain of dipping chocolate.

On Saturday evening, celebrity guests will be doing live performances while you eat at a buffet-style dinner. Many food selections will be available, including special dietary dishes (such as vegetarian/vegan, kosher, etc.) though they must be requested ahead of time. More info as to what performances will be shown will be available as the convention gets closer. Banquet seating will be based on when you purchased your separate Away Mission: Orlando ticket, so order soon to guarantee yourself a good spot.

Photography will not be allowed at any of these events, though a Photographer will be taking pictures of each table at the Gala Dinner, with each guest receiving their own 8x10 copy. Not too surprisingly, Sir Patrick Stewart will not be present at either of the dining events.
