Unfortunately there's been a lot of image theft lately from the flickr account, so I've had to disable the photostream until I can get some watermarks on those bad boys. It's actually kind of a good thing though because it's making me put some effort into working on the photos.

I hope you had a great holiday weekend and were able to attend one of the many Cons over the break! I spent some time catching up with my PS3 and played through a good chunk of The Force Unleashed (which I'm really enjoying, though it's pretty friggen hard on the Sith Master setting). I also bought Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix from the PlayStation Store and have been having some good 2-player tourneys. I'm all about online multiplayer, but it's nice to play locally with someone, which is unfortunately getting harder to do.

Just wanted to give you a quick update on what's been going on with the site this week so far. I've been putting most of my attention on the front page right now, though you probably wouldn't be able to tell what with how it looks and all. Rather than wait to have it all finished and looking spiffy, I decided to just get it up so that it would be easier to find the info you want - like upcoming conventions and some other great new features that aren't up just yet.

Well I've finally had a weekend to get caught up with the recent surge of Cons that we've been going to for the past 6 weeks, and in case you missed it the Star Wars in Concert section is now up and running. Aside from that I've been working on going through the gigs upon gigs of photos and video that have been taken and am almost ready to start uploading them to flickr.

We just got back from Florida Supercon and boy do we have a lot of material to sift through (15 gigs of pix and video that is)! Our favorite event was the 3000 Brigade's Smash Bros. Super Show, which we have some video of from their performance. (more..)

What an exhausting but amazing past month it's been! Star Wars Weekends is over and has probably been my favorite year so far. Though the scorching heat made it a bit uncomfortable most of the time, the guests were loads of fun and the shows were a delight. I really can't wait for next year's Weekends! (more..)

I haven't had much free time this week, meaning I've been going home straight to bed and right back to work, so the updates have been coming in slow for the past few days. With a 4-day weekend within my grasp though, I'm planning on getting Vulcan Events '10 done by tomorrow night and either Star Wars Weekends or Star Wars in Concert by early next week.
